We are very proud to announce that Hirs Sausage Market LLC won international recognition for their meat products at the ‘DFV (German Butchers’ Association)/AAMP (American Association of Meat Processors) IFFA Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham’, held in Penn State University in State College, PA. The competition was held on January 17-21, 2022.
Hirs Sausage Market entered with 4 products and won the following awards:
- 2 Gold Medals: Spicy Smoked Sausage and Mild Smoked Sausage
- 1 Silver Medal: Spicy Paprika Salami
- 1 Bronze Medal: Hungarian Dry Smoked Ham
Hirs Sausage Market was invited by the German Butchers’ Association to attend a ceremony at the International Meat Trade Fair IFFA in Frankfurt on May 17, 2022, where they were awarded their certificates and medals.
